	Eligible Zip Codes – 10001, 10002, 10003, 10005, 10006, 10007, 10009, 10010, 10011, 10012, 10013, 10014, 10016, 10018, 10038, 10041, 10045, 10281 & 10282 Please Note: some of the zip codes listed are only partially within the eligible territory.

Target Customers: All Retail, Commercial and Industrial customers within designated territory.

Minimum Eligibility Requirement: Facility must be an electric consuming customer of Con-Edison between the hours of 12 Noon to 6PM daily during the period of May 1st through September 30th.

Program Features: Lighting Upgrade Services – Lamps, CFLs, HIDs, Linear Fluorescents, Ballasts, Reflectors - PES will install new high efficiency T8 lamps, reflectors and upgrade to electronic ballasts.

Replacing your energy-wasting light bulbs is an easy way for business owners to minimize their impact on the environment while also saving on energy costs.

	Energy production and use accounts for 80% of all air pollution.
	Replacing just one light bulb with a CFL prevents about 150 pounds of carbon dioxide from being emitted into the atmosphere each year. That is equivalent to not driving your car for two weeks!
