Target Customers: All Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Multi-family customers within designated territory.
Minimum Eligibility Requirement: Facility must be an electric consuming customer of Con Edison (located in the Westchester Load Network) between the hours of 12 Noon to 6PM daily during the period of May 1st through September 30th.
Program Features: Lighting Upgrade Services – Lamps, Ballasts, Reflectors - PES will install new high efficiency T8 lamps, reflectors and upgrade to electronic ballasts.
