John C. Jensen has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Public Energy Solutions in Englewood. He will oversee company growth and financial and delivery operations. Jensen previously held development and operations positions for Public Service Enterprise Group in Newark. Before that, he worked on energy efficiency activities for subsidiaries of Puget Sound Power & Light and U.S. Windpower.
