in the following areas:

Project Managers – with proven track records of managing fast-paced projects. Must have experience in electrical retrofit projects, interfacing with technical personnel from internal, external and clients operations. Are accountable to cost, schedule and quality while maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates must be motivated and comfortable communicating technical elements of our program to clients.

Sales Professionals – with proven track record of selling goods and services to the New York Metro business community. Professionals with historical earnings of $100,000+ annually, join our winning sales team already earning at this level. Must be self-motivated, capable of recognizing client value and compatibility with load reduction contracts and comfortable communicating financial, technical and contractual elements of our program. |
Lighting technicians – work in crews to retrofit existing lighting fixtures to more efficient lighting systems. All work is documented in writing and audited by an independent auditor.
Job Requirements:
• Removal and replacement of fluorescent lamps and ballasts
• Installation of reflectors
• Removal and replacement of lighting fixtures, piping as required
• Troubleshooting lighting fixture failure
• Knowledge of electrical codes and permitting practices in NJ and NY
• Pleasant demeanor
• Reading and writing and addition computations
• Speaking fluent English
• Following-spoken and written instructions
• Climbing ladders and occasional stair climbing
• Drug screen, criminal background check and driving record review required prior to hire
• Level: Experienced
Desirable attributes:
• Spanish speaking
• Possession of active NJ or NY electrical license
