What are the benefits of a lighting upgrade?
spacer

According to the EPA, buildings account for nearly 40 percent of total U.S. energy consumption and contribute 38 percent of the nation’s total carbon dioxide emissions. The cost of operating a facility’s lighting system is one of a company’s single largest energy expenses and typically accounts for more than one-third of a building’s energy consumption. It is estimated that buildings could reduce their lighting energy costs by up to 60 percent and dramatically improve environmental conditions by using more energy-efficient lamps, ballasts, controls and fixtures. These technologies use less electricity, while improving lighting performance and reliability, and typically deliver paybacks in two years or less, helping to reduce annual lighting costs while also lowering maintenance costs and improving worker productivity.

How much do Public Energy Solutions services cost?
spacer

Flexible financing options with little or no upfront costs are available with installation costs being paid for over time through a portion of the energy cost savings delivered by the new system. Public Energy Solutions’ energy efficiency experts will survey each customer’s building. Then based on a thorough analysis of a building and its equipment, our staff will document and recommend profitable investments and conservation opportunities to generate energy and operational cost savings. Public Energy Solutions engineers customize turnkey design solutions to optimize the specific energy conservation measures of a project and meet a company’s specific operational needs.
