PUBLIC ENERGY SOLUTIONS NAMES NEW EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND COO

Englewood, New Jersey, June 13, 2007 — Public Energy Solutions (PES), a leading energy efficiency company operating in the Northeast, has announced the addition of John C. Jensen to the Company’s executive team. Jensen assumes the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer overseeing the Company’s financial and delivery operations and growth strategy.

Jensen joins PES from the Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) of companies based in Newark, New Jersey, where he held numerous development and operations positions in their international, energy services and utility businesses since 1992. Prior to PSEG, Jensen led energy efficiency growth activities for subsidiaries of Puget Sound Power & Light and U.S. Windpower.

His extensive product and program development skills are unparalleled in the efficiency and renewable energy business and are exactly what PES needs to manage our growing portfolio of forward efficiency capacity reduction contracts with Consolidated Edison Company of New York. This move signals our intention to be the largest and most reliable developer of commercial energy efficiency and on-site renewable energy projects serving this region’s need to curb energy consumption growth and greenhouse gas emissions.”
